Should I feel guilty? Snow days, half days, days off? But I keep busy and am thrilled to report that I finished my own Moulage pattern last night – step-by-step with Kenneth D. King’s Moulage CD guiding me. Would I have been able to do it without having taken his classes? Maybe, but taking them sure helps.
There’s a language built into the process of pattern making, formulas (I kept thinking “Who thought of these?” ) They might seem foreign if I hadn’t heard them a few times already. They seem to work and after double-checking some of my drafting, I have the raw material for a Sloper. So exciting!
The snow is up to the windows! I think I’ll stay in and s(n)ew!
